About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated NDIS Support Manager / Service Manager to lead our day-to-day operations in Wagga Wagga. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery, strong team performance, and full compliance with NDIS standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations and service delivery Lead, supervise, and support a team of support workers Ensure high-quality, person-centred care for participants Coordinate services in line with participant plans and funding Build strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguards Commission Oversee incident management, reporting, and risk processes Drive continuous improvement and service quality Work collaboratively with Support Coordinators and allied health professionals

About You

Experience in the NDIS or disability services sector Strong knowledge of NDIS guidelines, compliance, and pricing Proven leadership and staff management experience Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Relevant qualification in Community Services, Disability, or similar (preferred) Current Driver’s License, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and WWCC
